How To Fest

General Festival Facts

Yes, anyone is able to attend WYWF. Events are available for all ages during the entire festival.

Yes they are! All children under the age of 12 have free entry to the festival, with parent accompaniment.

Yes, kid-friendly events will take place during the entire festival, with a special kid and family friendly events on Sunday. Bring the whole family for workouts, food sampling, and cooking demos all weekend!

We suggest arrival at least 15 minutes before each event. All events are first-come, first-serve, so get there early for the best spot!

Yes, you can bring your own bag for food samples.

Lost and found is located at the WYWF Box Office.

Yes, you can! We have partnered with your Greater Cincinnati YMCA for an unforgettable volunteer experience. With each 4 hour shift you receive a 3 Day Pass for WYWF and a 1 month membership free to the YMCA. Click here to get registered!

 

Ticket and Box Office

Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the WYWF Box Office during festival hours.

Your day pass allows entry to WYWF Events within the Duke Energy Convention Center during festival hours.

All WYWF Events are first come, first serve so get there early for a good seat.

Box Office hours are Friday and Saturday, from 10:30 am – 6 pm and Sunday, 10:30 am – 3 pm.

WYWF Single Day Passes start at $10 with a 3 Day Festival pass for $25, a 3 Day Festival VIP Pass for $35 and more. For the complete list of WYWF passes and concert ticket bundles, click the buy tickets link above.

Ways To Travel

WYWF Cincinnati will take place at the Duke Energy Convention Center at 525 Elm St, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

The Duke Energy Convention Center’s main entrance is located at the intersection of Fifth Street and Elm Street in downtown Cincinnati. Over 5,000 parking spaces are located immediately surrounding the Center in metered street
spaces, private flat lots and privately managed garages. For more information, click here.

Cincinnati offers many kinds of alternative transportation from the Cincinnati Bell Connector to the Metro, Zip Car, Uber, Lyft and more.
